Terms & Conditions
for services of SZ Elite Coaching / nextchampion.de
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between SZ Elite Coaching and its clients regarding coaching, mentoring, training, workshops, and other related services. Clients are natural or legal persons who make use of the services offered. Individual agreements prevail over these GTC if confirmed in writing.

The scope of services includes 1:1 coaching, mentoring, group training in martial arts, MMA, striking, and performance-oriented programs. The exact services, duration, and prices are defined individually with each client.
A binding contract comes into effect when SZ Elite Coaching confirms the booking request by email. In some cases, access to digital platforms may be provided via a personal client account.
All prices are agreed individually. Payment is generally due immediately after invoicing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, or other agreed methods.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, SZ Elite Coaching reserves the right to charge the full fee. Group formats may be rescheduled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Subscriptions or access rights are valid for the agreed duration. Contracts may be terminated in writing with a notice period of 14 days before the end of the contract period. Extraordinary termination for important reasons remains unaffected.
Participation in coaching and training sessions is at the client’s own risk. SZ Elite Coaching assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from non-compliance with instructions or undisclosed health issues. Clients are responsible for adequate insurance coverage.
