What always mattered most was developing people - mentally stable, responsible, and capable of performing under pressuere.
I was particulary shaped by execeptional coaching personalities and by the diversity of boxing itself.
Every style can lead to success - if it is developed consistently and internalized down to the smallest detail.

After my active career, i systematically deepened my knowledge through studies in appied training sciences, international coaching qualifications, and extensive further education in coaching, mentoring, and performance development.
A significant part of my work today takes place within organized elite sports.
As a lecturer and consultant, I work with coaches, federations, and institutions on the further development of youth and high-performance structures.
Regular exchange on this level sharpens my perspective for connections - not only in competition, but also within the system behind it.
This forms an essential foundation for working with people in high-performance environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sports Science at the European University of Applied Sciences for Sport and Management in Potsdam.
One of the very few coaches in Germany with the internationally recognized 3-Star AIBA license – standing for the highest level of professional expertise, systematic training, and international experience.
